How long are the photos available?+
30 days after the event is activated. After that, the photos are automatically deleted, so download your ZIP in time.
Do guests need an account?+
No. Guests simply scan the QR code and upload right away, no registration, no app.
Which file formats are supported?+
JPG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), HEIF, AVIF and WebP, up to 20 MB per photo.
Is payment secure?+
Yes. All payments go through Mollie, a licensed payment provider. ConceptPics does not store any payment details.
Do I pay per guest or per event?+
Per event. You pay one fixed amount, regardless of how many of your guests upload (up to your package limit).
Are there any hidden costs?+
No. The price you see when you create your event is the total price. There are no per-download or per-photo fees.
